Today is the 7th anniversary of Kamimura Ukyou's death day. Kami, the late drummer of Malice Mizer. It's so sad that he had to die so early. But, he went for a reason. Fate works in mysterious ways, I guess.

I saw a lot of Butterflies, today. Especially the blue ones. One even flew into my car earlier. I wonder why today of all days? *smiles*

It's still hard to believe that he's been gone for seven years. I mean, just earlier today, I was watching my Merveilles live DVD, and I was staring at Kami's face. Just looking at him, how lively he was. It's hard to believe that such a beautiful and lively face has left us. It was too soon.

Heh. I spent basically the whole day watching old Malice Mizer videos (during the Gackt era) and listening the music from the Gackt era. It just, made me wish that I could have met him. I mean, come on. Almost every other fan of Malice Mizer that I have met only wants to meet Gackt. But Kami was always my favorite member of the band. I AM a drummer and all (and a guitarist, but we all know that I love Kozi and Mana as well).

Anyways, I guess I'm off to make a tribute picture for Kami. I just HAVE to. Maybe even two. One that makes you in a way sad that he is gone, but happy for him nonetheless. And the second one, just to remember how cheery he was. Like, a really happy picture.

Well, I'm done mourning. I'm sure that Kami doesn't want any of his friends, family, OR fans to be sad about his death. He lives on inside of all of us. So, I guess that's au revoir for now.
